  • The 1st & 3rd exercises are dangerous because the spine is not supposed to bent sideways, this can cause a ruptured disc.
    Otherwise good video

    …..Lột xác nhờ photoshop :))

    Mục tiêu là to và khỏe chứ không cần thiết phải có múi bụng đẹp.
